We respond within two working days. Accessible formats available on request — large print, easy-read, BSL.
We would love to hear from you — whether you are a disabled person in Glenrothes interested in attending one of our sessions, a professional wanting to make a referral, a potential volunteer, or an organisation interested in partnering with us.
Please get in touch by email and a member of our team will respond within two working days. We can provide information in large print, easy-read, or alternative formats on request.
There is no waiting list and no complex assessment. If you want to attend one of our sessions, get in touch and we will work with you to make it happen. We will discuss which programme suits you, your transport needs, and any accessibility requirements before your first visit.
We accept referrals from GPs, social workers, occupational therapists, community nurses, and any other professional working with disabled people in Glenrothes and the surrounding Fife communities. Please include the person's name, contact details, and a brief note about what they are looking for.
If you need this information in a different format — large print, easy read, audio, or BSL — please let us know when you get in touch. We are committed to making our communications as accessible as our sessions.
