Attending a session
There is no waiting list and no complex assessment. If you want to attend one of our sessions, get in touch and we will work with you to make it happen. We will discuss which programme suits you, your transport needs, and any accessibility requirements before your first visit.
Making a referral
We accept referrals from GPs, social workers, occupational therapists, community nurses, and any other professional working with disabled people in Glenrothes and the surrounding Fife communities. Please include the person's name, contact details, and a brief note about what they are looking for.
